Sojourner Truth, Slavery and Her Fight for Freedom

She eventually won the romance case, even though all the odds werent in her favor, and her son was returned to her in 1828. This was a bulky step for women in general, especially a black woman, and began her life-long adventure to make a difference. Sojourner Truth was a breakthrough womens rights militant along with a traveling preacher. She started traveling across the north-eastern states lecture the gospel.
